Allow Intersection Creation from a Single Alignment
When you have a single alignment creating a loop, where the end of the alignment terminates on itself, it would be nice to create an intersection at that location to be able to lock the profile at that location. I don't need the entire intersection wizard to work here, just the profile lock.
Currently, the intersection design tool does not recognize self-intersecting alignments for use. This happens often with roadways that form a loop. In these instances, the intersection design tool cannot be used and a manual design is necessary.
