Allow ACAD Fields to recognize Civil Object properties

We need the ability for ACAD fields to see more of the Civil3d Object properties.  The only thing that we can link to that is useful is Description and Name. It would be nice to be able to setup a block with attributes that are linked with fields to display LF of pipe and slope.  This would give Custom CAD Developers more options for Lisp routines.
