Add Pipe Invert Elevation in Pipe Network Creation Tool

Adding pipe invert elevation options to the pipe network creation tool will allow minimal pipe editing after network has been laid out.

I use CIM Project Tools to edit or Pipe Network Runs all at once in a spreadsheet format.  If a tool similar to it were to be created for Civil 3D, that would be great.
