you do not have permission to access online map data

When I try to open the geographic map this message appears

There could be a couple of different issues causing this, I would first start with the steps within the following Autodesk article:

Hi Edmerson,
Excellent link from @v-silvestre. Try that.
In the past I've gotten that dialogue box and I'd just say OK or close, and Bing would still come up in a few seconds.

@Pointdump , curious if you got that going again.  On the rare occasions it goes down, I tend to hear about fairly fast.

I haven't seen it this year, but was fairly common when I was using 2022.
