Wrong elements encoding when exporting to 3ds max via Civil View

Good afternoon!

I've been strugglilng with this problem for a while and still haven't found a soulution rather than manual renaming of the items.

Here's the problem: I work with Russian 2018 versions of Civil 3D and 3ds Max and I need to send data from Civil 3D to 3ds Max, I use "Export to 3ds Max" option in Civil 3D (which exports geometry to a *.vsp3d file) and then import data to the 3ds Max using the "Civil View" plugin.

This is what an "Export to 3ds Max" window in Civil 3D looks like:

Civil3dRus.PNG

And then when I import generated *.vsp3d file into 3ds Max, this is what the "Geometry import" window looks like:

3dsMaxRus.PNG

As you can see all the Civil 3D objects are displayed in wrong encoding. Instead of "C3Dsurface-0-Въезд_ТПУ_ВЕРХ" (which is UTF-8) I get "C3Dsurface-0-Въезд_РўРџРЈ_ВЕРХ" (which is ANSI).

Is there any option to solve this problem?
