WMS Layer not appearing in Display Manager

Hi there,

I am trying to get FEMA Flood contour lines to appear in my drawing. I successfully connected to their WMS. However, when I select the appropriate data in the "Add Data to Map" section (Base Flood Elevation) and then click "Add to Map" the layer does not appear in the Display Manger. I have nothing to select to raster the image and get it to appear in my drawing. I'm using Civil 3D 2018. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Thanks Dave. I have already added this hotfix, which fixed my initial issue of not being able to connect to the WMS. But now that I can connect, the layer I add doesn't show in my Display Manager.

Kevin,
Hit us with a link. I can test in 2018 on a home machine. (No network issues)

Kevin,
I'm getting same. Can't get it to work in QGIS either. I even tried a couple other URL's. Nope. So I don't know whether it's offline temporarily or they decided to pull the rug out from under everyone again with a new protocol or format or whatever.

Well thanks for trying. Any advice on getting Base Flood Elevations contour lines from FEMA into my drawing without using GIS? That's all I'm trying to do.

I think most of the FEMA data is also available in shapefile format. I forget where to look, but I'll nose around and see if I can discover.
