I don't agree with the premise of your statement. Autodesk is doing alot to improve Civil 3d and work on issues like performance. A good example is the ENABLEDSMULTITHREAD setting added in 2024. This has saved our team a ton of time.

While I think there have been tremendous improvements in recent years, there remains a ton to do.
