Why Aren't My Prefix Databases Changing My Linework?

The layers of my linework are different colors yet they are not changing. 

What gives?

I solved it myself. Simple error.

You need to make sure when you reimport that you have the correct Prefix Figure Database selected. Still seems like it should have worked with editing the sample Prefix Figure Database, but regardless you'll be using your own anyway.
