This help article: About the Table Styles Collections (Settings Tree) | Civil 3D 2019 | Autodesk Knowledge Network
says that the settings tab is supposed to show "Table Styles." Either I'm blind or it's not there. Any ideas?

I think that's a generic refence to each object type having a table collection not a single table collection for all object types. Its one of the many unclear references in the "help".
Thanks everyone, but I didn't make my question clear. I am looking for Line and Curve table styles, separate from Alignment Line and Curve Table Styles and having nothing to do with Surface, Point, or other table styles. I went back and read my original question. Vague, at best.
Bingo. Thanks.
Hmm, The help page clearly showed surface type tables.

He wasn't looking for surface table (that's easy to find like most other tables). He was looking for line and curve tables, which I also couldn't find until this thread thanks to user181.
