Where are the Productivity packs located in Civil 3d 2016?

HI,

I'm trying to find out where these are located in Civil 3D. I have installed the 3 service packs, but I am not seeing what is shown in the image I have attached.

They will be on the Toolbox tab of the Toolspace. Your image is of the Prospector tab.

I have sp3 installed. Productivity Pack 1 does not show in toolbox????

Productivity Packs are a separate installation from Service Packs (now called updates).

In other words, SP3 does not contain Productivity Pack 3.

You need to download and install each of the Productivity Packs independently.

You can find the downloads for each of them on the Updates & Add-ons link of your Subscription Account page.

Productivity Pack 1 is dated Aug 9, 2015

Productivity Pack 2 is dated Jan 19, 2016

Productivity Pack 3 is no longer available on my download page. You'll want to check yours.

Hi Michael - this is a blast back to the past. I have been looking for 2016 Productivity Packs 1-3 having lost mine when re installing Civil 3D due to new hard drive - I note in your 2017 response you state that Productivity Pack3 is no longer available on your download page.  I have a perpetual license for 2016 and I am not on subscription. I cannot find these packs anywhere. Any ideas where I might go or have they just been taken off downloads for 2016. I?
