When modifying settings, computer FREEZES & KICKS ME OUT.

WHY AM i GETTING KICKED OUT WHEN i GO TO SETTINGS TO CHANGE DECIMAL PLACEES ON THE WAY BEARINGS AND DITANCES ARE SHOWN? I HAVE TRIED AT LEAST 10 TIMES TO MODIFY.

Thank you for responding.

I am running C3D-2023.

When I go into settings in C3D tool space to change for example (it kicks me out regardless of the change. The number of decimals a distance is displayed or to change a bearing to show only degrees and minutes, I can change it but as soon as I exit setting it kicks me out of the program.

As far as updates, I have tried to install the C3D_23_2 but I get a message that it is processing another download (which it is not doing) and to try later. So, I cannot install C3D_23_2 or C3D_23_1. My computer tells me you cannot install C3D_23_1 until you have installed C3D_23_2. This could be the culprit, I can't get C3D_23_2 to download.

Do you have any suggestions.

Unfortunately it sounds like you're going to have to take the long route. Trying to repair or reinstall the program. You might have to do a Clean Uninstall.
