Warning: An error occurred during save

I seem to get an error message stating, "Warning: An error occurred during save. We recommend using RECOVER." Is there any way for this message to go away and is it fatal for my drawings and what is the best course of action as I have multiple layouts within the file?

I have the same message occasionally, but as far as I can tell it never came to anything.  Even when I run RECOVER it always comes back with no errors.
