Hi guys,

I'm trying to create a custom viewport with scale 1:1000.

But couldn't get it, and I need some help.

I'm attaching a image and If anybody interested in my task I can post dwg file.

When using AutoCAD in metres 1:1000 is actually 1:1 (1m to 1mm) and 1:500 is actually 1:0.5 (1m to 0.5mm).  Civil 3D templates typically label 1:1 scale as "1:1000" so that is what you see.  Run "scalelistedit" to see the actual AutoCAD scales as well as their labels.  Also make sure the plot paper units are mm for metric models and inches for imperial models.

Edit:

and always do a full regen after setting a viewportscale

Select the viewport. Set the scale in the properties pallet.
Or
Click into model space in the viewport. Set the scale on your status bar.
