Viewport Center X and Center Y

I have multiple drawings with the same site and would like for all to have the same center x and center y.  The drawings have already been created, so it's not a simple "save as" after the first drawing is set up.  I would like to change the Center X and Center Y on a viewport. Is this possible? It seems like it should just be as simple as typing the coordinates into the properties dialog, but it is grayed out in my properties, just curious if there is a simple way to fill in that setting.

Try the zoom with the Center option.
