View and modify points / groups

I received a drawing with points in it instead of polyline contours, so i'm trying to do my site work in Civil 3D instead of 3DSmax. It's been a while, since LDDT2 at least since I've done any of this kind of work. My main question is how do I see the points and then modify point groups. The layer is on and the point and label style indicate they should be visible. Google results didn't turn up any obvious solutions. Originally I thought the points weren't there at all. But I opened it up in vanilla Autocad and they show up as proxy objects.

I was able to change the point style of a group from whatever their custom style was to Standard. Anyway, here is the file. It's a backup from before I did any work in it so there isn't a TIM. I created it from _All Points and it was a mess. Then just Topo, then added Walls. But it'll be pretty obvious the Point Groups don't match the line work. Thank you.

It's actually not too bad. You've got something usable.

Most of your linework is 2D Poly's. Instead, make Feature Lines (or 3D Poly's) from the EC, EP, GL, BC, Toe, and Top Points. Add those as Breaklines to your Surface First. Then add EG and GS Point Groups. That will make a good start to your Surface.
