Vertical Profiles not scaling on sheets and unused space on sheets

I am plotting some vertical profiles in a Civil 3D problem but I am encountering a couple of issues. The first issue is that the vertical profiles on my sheets are not scaling properly. I set my scale in my drawing to 1" = 120' since that is the scale of my viewport. In the profile view style (I am using Full Grid with a couple of edits), I changed the scale to 30 scale to reflect a 4 times exaggeration. It seems like it instead does a 10 times exaggeration. When creating the sheets, I chose the same databands and profile view style. I was also able to plot a normal profile view and was able to get the scaling correctly. I also have a lot of white space in my sheets. Is there a way to get rid of this space? Attached are a couple of screenshots reflecting this.

Your screenshots dont show the whitespace in your sheets, so I dont think I can answer that.  And I cant really tell what is  going on from the two screenshots you did provide.  Oddly enough, an exaggeration of 10, is 2.5 times 4, which almost makes me think something metric is being snuck into your file.   Is there any chance you can share a sample file so that we can look at it, click on things and try to tell you what might be going on?
