vertical curve labeling

I am working on Civil 3D 2024 and having issues with labeling vertical curves.  I created a design profile and the labels for the Crest Curves show up right away.  No matter what I try, I am not getting anything on the Sag Curves.  Any suggestions?

Do you have the sag checked in the profile?

Do you have the profile labeling set to label Sag curves as well as Crest curves?  and does the label style used for the Sag curves have labels components? (text, lines and such)
