Varying offset from Feature

We need to grade from top of bank to the flowline of a ditch at a 3:1 slope.  The flowline will very in slope and we know the elevations at specific intervals along the flowline.  I thought C3D had a grading tool that would grade down to user input elevations along the feature line.  Hopefully the attached will clarify what we are looking for.  The goal is to have a feature line at the flowline.

Right no transition yada yada.

However I will warn that if the top of bank has some tight geometry, you may need an auxiliary approach due to the grading converging on itself

You said that you knew the elevations at specific points along the flow line, so you could create a profile that has those elevations specified and use that profile for your elevations that you are matching to.  The assembly would provide the horizontal variation, since you already know your vertical variation.

@chriscowgill7373, what is known is the existing top of bank elevations, a 3:1 slope from the top of bank to the proposed channel flowline is to be held, and the various slopes for the proposed channel. The top of bank elevations varies and control the horizontal position of the flowline.  I can create a proposed flowline profile using the various slopes, but I'm uncertain how to determine the horizontal location of the flowline without manually calculating it.  What subassembly would suggest for this.?

I have included a couple of typical sections in hopes this will help with understanding what I’m talking about.
