Using Multiple Survey Codes on Same Coordinate

I know when importing survey points we can use multiple codes if we want to insert a block plus draw linework in the .csv description column (i.e. insert a light pole while continuing the bottom of curb figure ..... LP BC4 /conc) as long as the block description comes first, before the line description. Has anyone found a way to have it import 2 separate blocks on the same point. For instance a Catch Basin and a curbtype change block, happening at the same location (...... CB CCH /conc2gran)?

Use one block as the Point Style Marker and use the other block as a component in the Label Style. Here's a rectangle and a circle. The circle is a block component part of the point label style.
