when i am trying to update civil 3d country kits or repair  i am getting this error (image attached) any help please .....

You need to point to the location where the file is now located. If you deleted the files, which it looks like you did, you will need to redownload them and expand them and then point the file to the location where they are located at. It might be possible that you used the web installer and that the web installer deletes the files afterwards.
