Update 2019.3 failed

Hello everyone,

I downloaded the update 2019.3, and can't install the update.

It's written: Install Failed

                     The update could not be installed because the expected Autodesk product could                         not be located on your computer.

Is there a way to solve this issue?

do you have the AutoCAD^® 2019.1.2 update installed?

I tried to istall update 2019.1 and 2019.2 and still not able to install the updates.

Hi @arpenteur ,

You need to install the  AutoCAD® 2019.1.2 

Probably you are installing the Civil 3D  2019.1 and 2019.2 updates

See if you have installed the AUTOCAD 2019.1.2 update.
