unable edit or delete vehicle library I created

I created a library and want to either edit or delete it. I right click and press unlock library, but it doesn't seem to make any changes. I didn't set up any password for the library. I'd appreciate any input on deleting or editing the library I created.

I am new to vehicle tracking.  I am using Civil 3d 2023.0.3

Most likely, any changes you would like to make would be locked if you're working for a company with IT personnel. Some things related to C3D/ACAD in general are registry related which have a tendency to be locked by those individuals that don't know what they're doing. (I don't use vehicle tracking so, I'm guessing).
