Truncate Pipe Network Connected Pipe Invert Elevation Label

How can i truncate invert elevation for Pipe networks? I use the expression "connect Pipe Invert Elev" but i don't see an option to truncate elevation for example:

770.14INV TO 70.14INV

In the Edit Label style, change the Rounding to Truncate...

I tried that but stays the same number (770.14). Is there another setting that need to adjust for it to be70.14INV? See below what I currently have as my contents
