Hello,
Upon attempting to open Civil 3d 2020 on my computer via the desktop shortcut, an error message pops up stopping me from being able to access the program. The pop-up reads "The item 'acad.exe' that this shortcut refers to has been changed or moved, so this shortcut will no longer work properly. Do you want to delete this shortcut?"
I deleted the shortcut and uninstalled Civil 3d 2020. Then I tried to re-download & re-install the program via the AutoDesk website. After the end of "installing" the program, it said that some programs were not able to be installed and that they had failed. So basically, now the program is not installed on my computer and it is unable to be installed via the AutoDesk website.
Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance.
