So I'm trying to add my template in to a coworker's. My template is the 2020 and his is the 2024. Steps I've done!
1. Having both open and going to tool space settings, in his drawing I drag point styles, label styles and description keys sets from mine into his.
2. opening the block command with "I" enter. i made sure my blocks were in his drawing overwriting a few of them.
3. In my drawing i went to tool space - properties and exported my point groups to a .xml file in his drawing i went to insert-land xml and imported them.
Problems
1. In his tool space- prospector if I right click "Well" - properties the point style went back to basic in the information and overrides tab. As well as the raw description isn't selecting it automatically. Is there a way to export it to keep all that information so I don't have to update each group?
2. Clicking "Found Iron" -properties I switched the style to iron pin in the information and overrides tab and raw description to select anything that has the code ip. Why does it not update the point style when i right lick point groups and click update?
Some issues are circled yellow. They both have the same points imported into them.
I feel like I'm missing a step and am curious what they are.
