Transfer Import event from another survey database

Civil 3D 2020

We have a drawing with an existing survey database, with one survey point file event in it. We needed to add a second point file event to a drawing. A coworker mistakenly created a new separate database elsewhere and brought the points into the same drawing. The points labels have already been moved/rotated/styles corrected. So now, when we open up the drawing with the correct database location, we only see the original database, and not the new one, although the points from the new one is in the drawing.

Is there a way I can bring or transfer that second import event from the wrong database into the the database it's supposed to be in?  I get an error msg if I try to just import the new file to the original database. I just need the point file event in the drawing, no points or figures to be inserted because they are already in there. I would then get rid of the second database.

Do you have the points in a drawing? If so, open that drawing, open the Survey Database, create an Import Event by importing the drawing points. Now you have an Import Event and Survey Database Points.
