THREATENING EMAIL FOR "ATUODESK REVIEW"???

My boss received an email with "Autodesk Review" threatening to take him to court. I don't have all the details because he is even afraid to forward the email. Does anyone know if this is REAL or a SCAM?

I can't speak for this particular email but Autodesk do reserve the right (as part of the T's and C's) to inspect your licences etc to make sure it is all legitimate - happened to us a few years ago but we were all good.

I make absolutely certain we are 100% above board because I have seen from afar what happens when you get caught. The license audits are not fun but its the price of doing business.
