There is a problem with the Script Control (msscript.ocx) (Civil 3D 2022 Pipe Networks)

Hello,

For some reason when I try to create, edit, or insert anything in a pipe network, I get a message on the command line saying "there is a problem with the Script Control (msscript.ocx). This problem may be corrected by reinstalling Internet Explorer or by reregistering the control. ERROR: Calculation Failed with Part Table AeccCircularDIPipe_Imperial. Civil 3D 2022 will not load my pipe catalog. I can no longer edit my existing pipe networks on any of my drawings. How can I fix this issue?

Is your current pipe network catalog set to the same catalog used to create the pipe network?

Yes. It's happening to all my drawings with pipe networks. My coworker opened the drawings from the same server, same pipe network catalog set path, and he was able to edit the pipe networks just fine. It's something local with my computer.
