Swap Parts Dialog Box Blank

All of a sudden the swap parts dialog box is blank when trying to swap parts. First pic is a new drawing. Second pic is an existing drawing. All settings are the same...

So the issue was in my Network Properties. The wrong parts list was assigned....DUH!!

Happens to the best of us...also happens when a user logs on to a new computer without setting the network path to the custom catalogs!
