Surface-Interchange

Hello,
I have a problem with defining surface from corridor for interchange.
The problem is having corridor who cuts himself grade separeted, and when creating surface he connects links from assembly, from from one bellow part to uper part, i can not get surface just from pave.
I attached the image to problem.

I hope you are doing the process in the right way. tell us if you have created your corridors separately.??
