Subassembly Composer vs Subassembly from Polyline

I am new to subassembly creation. My firm has asked me to create subassemblies in relation to our State Standards. I am wondering which would be a better avenue to complete this task. What are the benefits of Subassembly Composer over creating a subassembly from a polyline and vice versa? Thanks for all the help.

Hello @bdolweckA86KV ,
The difference and benefit is abysmal, with subassembly composer you can create parametric, dynamic and complex sections at the same time. This will undoubtedly allow you to have subassemblies that could be used in multiple projects, as opposed to one based on polylines. You can configure target parameters, output parameters, conditionals, etc. It all depends on your skill and the specific needs for the sub-assemblies.
