Subassembly can't make corridor surface

Hello!

I made my own cross section element. Which works fine, but when I want to make a corridor surface out of it, the corridor surface doesn't work exactly. I think because of the sharp breaks. Is there a solution for this? The outer border is marked with the same code.
Thank you very much!Results.JPGAssembly.JPG

Hi @nemethattila, could you please draw on one of those images how the surface should look in the section view?

Hi @nemethattila. The surface you want to build can be set up in this way:

Use the feature lines option for data type: You will need to have a code for each point I show you in the following image. If you already have them, just use them. Otherwise, use a mark point with the code of your preference at each of those locations to create the surface.

Rebuild the corridor after adding the mark points (in case you had to do it)

Once you make sure you have the codes, the corridor will create feature lines with those codes so you'll be able to find them in the drop down list when adding this data type to the surface:

It should look like this:

When you are sure you added what you needed, go to the boundaries tab if you consider adding one boundary to the surface will be helpful. Otherwise, just hit OK, and you'll have your surface ready to work.

I hope this helps. Best regards!

Thanks for the help! I've tried this before, but now I'll try it again, it's not the real thing yet, but then I'll try to move in this direction.Results_3.JPGAlligement.JPGMarkt_point.JPG

Thanks for the help! It worked. In the cross-section, I rewrote all 0 values to less than or greater than 0, so he could already interpret the vertical breaks.SASC.JPG

Hi @nemethattila, Thanks for sharing your comments on that. I did not realize that you had created a custom subassembly for your corridor, which is even better. I'm happy my comment was helpful!

Best regards!

Your problem is vertical point. you need to allow channel top point 1mm offset to outside.
