In the attached photo P1 INV. OUT 2108.000 shows more decimal places than I need. How can I adjust this?

Also the description for P0 shows ??? the description has been edited to the structure itself but still not showing in the table.

That's done in the structure table style.

1. Go into toolspace, into the settings tab

2. Go to "Structures" and expand the category

3. Expand the "Table Styles"

4. Click on your table style, right click and "edit"

5. That will bring up a dialogue box showing four tabs - go the the "Data Properties" tab

6. You'll see two areas - the top one is where you set text sizes, sort data and generally control the style of the table

7. The bottom one is where you control the columns - you'll see the column headers, and below that is the setup for the actual data. Go over to the column you want to revise and double click on the data.

8. That brings up another smaller box called "Table cell components." Partway down, you'll see "Text" and under that "Contents" and "Value". Click the box right of Contents and a little box shows up. Click that box.

9. This is where you revise how the data looks. The coding in the black box should look something like INV. OUT <Invert Elevation> - the carats and Invert Elevation is the data block that controls out the invert is displayed. With your cursor, highlight that block. When you do, to the left, it should now read "Invert Elevation" under Properties. Two places below that will say "precision", and to the right of that will have "0.0001". Click into that, and a list of precisions drop down. Click on "0.01" so it now appears in the box. Once it does, click ok, okay out of Table cell components, and then out of the Table Style box. Your values for inverts in that column will now be set to two decimal places.
