As i mentioned, there are some strange line appear when i export this particular polyline to kmz. I had attach the dwg contained the polyline that cause the problem. I dont know why it behave like this, how can i fix this?
How ironic it can be. We have those custom coordinate system from my company, i just install those to synchronize with others so i dont really understand how those file works. I guess there was a time that the old Civil3d not support the VN2000 system and we have to made our own custom files
Nam,
Your Coordinate Systems are fixable. The big problem is the negative X's and low Y's in your drawing. Where did you get that polyline? If you're looking for road linework, you can find shapefiles >>>Here<<<.

Nam,
Here's some fixes. I adjusted your coordinate system to use the Vietnam2000 datum and moved your polyline to something kinda matching Vung Tau City roads in BaRja-VungTau Province. Then changed your polyline's global width to zero. Next used command MAPCLEAN and selected all options. I don't know which of those was the key, but now you can export a KMZ. And it even lands in Vung Tau City. No more strange lines.
Drawing attached.

Sorry but i miss you from the low X's and low Y's part but to conclude i guess the Mapclean function will terminate all the problem right?
@ChicagoLooper Yes those lines are represent for the exsisting road, i try to export to kmz and then use google earth studio to make a video for presentation.
