Storm Sewers Extension is showing my pipe has a hydraulic jump, thus my pipe velocity is low. Should I be avoiding a hydraulic jump in a pipe network?

When is a hydraulic jump bad in a pipe network, and if I should be avoiding a hydraulic jump, what are some ways I can resolve this issue?

Typically, flattening a pipe helps remove or reduce a jump.    Hydraulic Jumps occur when supercritical flow hits subcritical flow.
