storm and sanitary analysis install failed error 15

I couldn't install storm and sanitary analysis and the message in the photo appears every time I try 
error 15 install failed 
can any body help me with that ?

Steps to resolve this issue:

Set the system date back to June 19th, 2022 and install the Storm and Sanitary (then put the date back to the current) - this is the easiest and simplest method.

There are new builds up today that resolve an issue with a third party component blocking the install of SSA.  SSA 2022.0.2 hotfix and SSA 2023.0.1 hotfix are full installs that don't require an earlier version to be installed first - but you also don't have to uninstall an earlier version if you do already have one installed.
