SSM for Web not opening

For some reason, when i either open a web DST or create a web DST on ACC, the desktop SSM palette closes as it should. The web SSM UI never opens. I tried removing and re-adding the project from desktop connector but didn't change the result.

Thoughts?

I am running C3D 2024.3 update, AutoCAD 2024.1.2, Map 2024.0.1 and AutoCAD Arch 2024.0.1.

Could it be pushed off the screen? Do you dock palettes to the left or right?

My normal arrangement for SSM is to dock, hide and display as icon (all of my palettes are like this). I also tried SSM shown as text when docked and hidden. I've also tried SSM undocked and not hidden. Same results in all cases. When I open a web DST, C3D pauses, closes SSM and then nothing happens.

Did you find a resolution for this? Our resolution was to restart the machine. That worked for us. I assume you've restarted since February. LOL.

I have certainly rebooted since posting the issue. And yes it does now work. I also have installed updates to 24 as well as the new 2025 version. What causes the issue?  Unknown.
