Spot level issue - not showing correct elevation

Hi, i have attached a snip. The 3d polyline is showing the correct vertex (circled red), but the spot level, which is attached to the surface, is showing a number i have no idea about. Any ideas? Thanks

All i want it to do is label the flat pad.

never mind, changed the drawing settings to metres from mm (should be metres by default).
