SP2 Error 1603

I have Civil3d 2016 SP1 (clean installed) on Windows 10 Pro 64.  I am getting Error 1603 when I try to install SP2(64).  I have gone through Autocad's basic steps with no luck so far.

Any ideas for next steps?

Thanks in advance

Thanks for input.  That is the steps that I followed with no success.  I found via solution from trial and error.

When I would run the "C3D2016_x64_SP2.0.exe" file as an administrator, it would immediately give me the Error 1603.  (BTW, I downloaded the file new today to ensure I had the latest version).

When I right clicked the file, I saw "Troubleshoot compatibility" as an option.  I then tried running it using recommended compatibility settings.

That fixed it and it worked.

Hopefully, this may help someone else out in the future.
