Hi,
I am having trouble with a slow drawing. When I open it from C3D 2021, it takes a long time to open, switching between model and layout tabs is slow, general commands are slow, any changes to xref's are slow. The drawing has 2 xrefs, XR-EX-BDY and XR-PR-Subbasins and Reahces. The command line shows the following errors once it is finally opened:
Error... C3D_Extension.cui missing.
cseIsyExt: ISYBAU-Translator loaded. (use 'cseIsyStart'/'cseIsyStop' command)
Cannot load assembly. Error details: Autodesk.AutoCAD.Runtime.Exception: eDuplicateKey

It also gives the following response when I reload the xref XR-EX-BDY:

"XR-EX-BDY" loaded: F:\Maven_South\Projects\226002 - AP155\CAD\xref\XR-EX-BDY.dwg
There is nothing in the XR-EX-BDY xref other than polylines representing parcel boundaries on a couple layers.
All files are located on the same network drive, none are open, all have been audited and purged, unused annotation scales removed, clipping boundaries used where possible, MAPCLEAN used on xref's prior to referencing into host drawing, minimal or no layouts in drawings, LAYOUTREGEN set to 2, UPDATETHUMBNAIL set to 0, path types are all relative, host drawing file size is only 600kb, xref file sizes are 3500kb and 850kb, computer system requirements exceed what is required for C3D.
Any help on either error code would be greatly appreciated. All files attached.
