Slope pattern missing on grading

I have two grading slopes, I used the same slope pattern and only one shows the slope pattern and the other one nothing. Can someone please explain why I can not get the slope pattern to show up. I have attached the PDF and DWG file to see if someone can tell me why this is happening.

Hi @Christie.G, are you using a data-referenced existing surface? If so, re-synchronize your surface, and it might solve the issue.

I hope this helps, best regards!

Unfortunately that did not work.

I was able to get the patterns to appear when I deleted and recreated the gradings.

Hi guys!

I tried to reconstruct the grading, but I couldn't. I could see that the grading that is not showing the slope patterns is a grade to surface grading and the targeted surface depends on another surface that was pasted into them. I guess that the surface that was pasted somehow lost the connection with its original data from which it is being generated, and this is causing the issue. I have experienced this issue many times, and even though I have other gradings that look OK while targeting the same surface, it is just a matter of editing them to see the same problems.

I would encourage you to check the data references deeply, make sure they are OK, and try again.

I hope this helps, best regards!

When you re-create the grading, try applying it to a smaller segment vs. the entire length. It works for me.
