Sheet Set Manager for Web - Can't select custom plot folder (Storage Location)

I am having an annoying issue with SSM4Web that keeps me from being able to plot the sheet set to a folder other than where the sheet set is stored on ACC. This isn't ideal for obvious reasons.

If I do not change the "Storage location", plotting occurs as expected. However, if I do change it, I get spinning wheels on the "Storage location" and "Page setup overrides" lines and the "Publish" button is grayed out. This lasts indefinitely.

Both of these lines have the spinning wheels when I first open the publish window, but they resolve near instantly. This occurs on all projects and with DSTs created in the cloud and on a local drive then uploaded.

I am using DC 16.8.0.2169 and Civil 3D 2023.3.1

Anyone have a solution?

I wonder if anyone on 2024 or 2025 is having the same issue?

After a lot of  troubleshooting my work colleague opened up the same .dst in C3D 2024 and it appears to be working correctly. She was able to select a different output folder for the PDFs and it printed to the correct folder. It is early days on our project so I am switching to 2024.

David,

That's the type of thing I wish would be back-ported, but I guess we're past that with 2023 at this point!

Hi all,

Thanks for reaching out to the forum. I’ve researched internally and found similar cases reported. Here are a few suggestions to check:

  1. Look for any quote symbols in your project folder names.
  2. Remove any apostrophe characters from the project folder names.

Additionally, try upgrading to a newer version of Desktop Connector. You can find the latest version here.
