Sheet List Table from Sheet Set

Hello,

I am using 2015 and am getting frustrated.  I have always made my sheet index from the sheet set in the past.  Now it seems it does not work.  It is not pulling the correct data into the columns per the style that I created.  It shows the sheets in the sheetset but following the hyperlink in the table errors as if they are not actually linked.  I have removed all sheets from set, deleted sheet set, created a new set, and still same result.  What am I missing? I have done this hundreds of times in the past with no troubles.

i should add that my title blocks are all linked to the sheet set for sheet name, project name, location, etc. and are working perfectly as usual.

Have you triple checked the fields being mapped?

I have checked and checked.  Data is set to sheet number and sheet title.  I have renamed and renumbered sheet as well as tried 3 different table styles.  I don't understand why the sheet number and title link would work 100% correctly for my title blocks but not the sheet index.

We are sure the list is trying to be created in a sheet belonging to the Sheet set? I ask because I setup out template job folder with a preconfigures shee set and the list tabe kept thinking it was part of the prototype list.

Sheet list is being created in a sheet contained in the sheet set.

It makes zero sense but if I do a Save AS of the drawings and then add them to my sheet set the index works perfectly...

I have seen layou tabs go corrupt. Does a brand new layout tab behave the same way?
