Section view properties causes fatal error

I'm using C3D2018.  I can get to section view group properties.  Every time I try to get into an individual section view properties window, fatal error.  I've attached the error number for reference.  I've tried several machines, same result.  It's been nailed down to the dwg.  I've tried saving it elsewhere, same result.  I've tried accessing the window through the toolspace, same result.  I need to change what is displayed within the section view.  If someone knows what is happening please advise!  Also, if there is another way to access what is being displayed within the view, that would be helpful!!

Try turning off Hardware Acceleration?.     Command: Options, System tab, Graphics Performance button. You'll see where to disable the setting.

You've run RecoverAll and Audit on the drawing?

No xrefs.  Audit, purge, & recover have all been run.

Hi,

I can suggest 3 options.

1. Create a wblock from the drawing and insert it to a separate dwg.

2. Try to use reference template method and see if it solves the issue.

3. Create section view on a seperate dwg by xreffing the corridor.

Thanks

What is the reference template method?

We no longer xref corridors.

I'll report back on the wblock.  In the past this has solved a lot of random issues.
