Section View Band Doesn't Move With Section View

This is giving me fits.

I don't wanna attach the drawing, but I'm using C3D 2016.

I want to show just some of each section view, since the excavation happens at a skew to the alignment.

I'm willing to adjust each section view offset so I can capture the information but the band doesn't behave. See attached.

...For some reason I can only add one attachment at a time. That normal?

Anyway, if I try and confine the offsets shown, the band doesn't "go along" with it. See this attachment.

...And if I uncheck that box, I get this.

...Which has an added problem of somehow labeling the start of one of the sections, which it didn't to begin with when I had just the full section view shown, so that's troubling. See attached.

...And, I wonder if there's any way to pin the table that's displaying the cut quantities to the outer corner of the section view, no matter what offsets I have shown in the view? 

All this is terribly frustrating. I'm going to go wash a car and come back and check this when I'm not so upset.

I'm still stuck on this.

I understand why posting a drawing would aid in anyone trying to help, but I didn't want to post real data.

But in the pursuit of a solution here, I made some time to replicate the situation with non-real data. See attached drawing.

I've basically reiterated my problems and questions with text in the drawing.

Is what I'm trying to do just not doable? It seems like it should be something that is doable. It seems like I'm overlooking something in the band styles(?)

Jeff, looks like you've uncovered a bug in the SectionView Bands. They SHOULD adjust with the user entered offsets. As for the table being attached to the SV, not sure about that one....whether it's as designed or a bug.
