There are several different ways to create alignments and profiles for roundabouts. Create alignments for the approach lanes and another for the roundabout itself. Create profiles from the alignments. Depending on the version of Civil 3D you have and your locality, the Roundabout Intersection tool may help. It's also included in Vehicle Tracking.
