Roadway Grading (Back of Curb to EG)

To all,

Is there any efficient way to grade from the back of the curb to existing grade and maintain POSITIVE drainage?

Attached is the example

Current results using a 3:1 cut/fill slope to surface are in white.  I want a variable POSITIVE slope and distance (blue line from example) from back of curb to existing grade.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

If you cannot rely on the slope of the road then you are creating a ditch?

I would create a ditch alignment and profile , add the links to assembly and target

It would help if you can share the drawing, its hard here to tell if we are working with feature line grading, corridor or grading objects.

Thanks.
