Road Cross Section- Offset Labels

hello everyone

I'm working with cross section, i added the cross section and add the 1st band in the section view which is the "Lateral Distance", but i think there is something wrong with numbers in the band. I make a comparison between the numbers generated automatically by civil 3d in the section view, and the numbers that i generated manually using the annotate command for the distance between the same points. Please find The attached image 1.

The second thing is that how can i remove the small green dashes. Please find the attached image 2.
