resolution of imported raster is dramatically lower than what it should be

hello ,I have a 3 inch raster dataset that I am trying to import from arcgis into C3D, as you can see in the attached screenshots, the raster is at a high res in arcgis, but when I import (the very same file!!!) into C3D (using the planning and analysis tab and the "data connect" workflow) the image is HORRIBLY pixelated.  WTF is this?  I swear its one thing or another that goes wrong when trying to work in this program....

What’s the file extension of the image you wish to import?

Why did you export from ArcGIS? Why not download a geotiff then add the geotiff to your dwg using a Data Connection?

No need to swear.

This is an example where you can leave ArcGIS out (completely out) of your image workflow.

Quick follow up! This is still very pixelated even with a direct connection to the tiff (3in resolution)
