Remove unnused Tool Palette images from 'Images' folder

After several years of modifying and working on our Tool Palettes we have build up quite a large image library.

The list keeps growing and it would be nice to thin it out without having to do it manually.

I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a way to remove all of the unused images in the folder?

I suppose removing is not the problem, but recognizing which images are no longer used.
But to do this, you would have to check all palettes currently in use on all CAD workstations.
And what is available but is actually not used? Will it be used again in the future? This cannot be decided automatically.

Just move all images to a backup folder and wait for the call of your colleagues.
